This position is focused on turning complex engineering and construction data into clear, polished, and leadership-ready reporting products.
The role is ideal for someone who combines project reporting expertise with a strong eye for design, graphics, and data storytelling. You will help senior leaders and client stakeholders quickly understand project status through reports and dashboards that are both accurate and visually engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc project reporting, producing materials that translate raw project data into clear visual insights.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards that present key indicators such as schedule performance, KPI trends, and financial progress.
- Work closely with Project Directors, PMO teams, and construction managers to collect information and keep reporting aligned with client needs.
- Review all written and visual outputs carefully to ensure precision, readability, and consistent branding.
- Support and coach junior reporting personnel and data analysts in effective visual communication and report development.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in project reporting, PMO controls, or corporate communications, with a focus on large infrastructure or construction projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong practical experience in graphic design and data visualization.
- Working knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign, along with PMO reporting platforms such as Power BI, Primavera P6 integration, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex data to executive-level audiences.
- Must be willing to work full time in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and operate in a demanding mega-project environment.
