Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Python AI Developer with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in building AI-centric applications, machine learning models, and automation platforms. The candidate should be adept in Python programming, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, machine learning, and deploying AI solutions on cloud native infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain AI and ML-based applications using Python.
• Create and implement generative AI and large language model solutions.
• Design and build intelligent AI agents, copilots, and smart automation workflows.
• Execute retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline architectures.
• Integrate AI systems with organizational applications and APIs.
• Fine-tune machine learning and foundational models to optimize performance.
• Develop scalable backend services to support AI workloads.
• Work with vector databases and semantic search technologies for enhanced data retrieval.
• Collaborate with MLOps and DevOps teams to automate deployments.
• Monitor AI model efficacy and implement continual improvements.
• Ensure adherence to security standards, governance, and ethical AI practices.

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years experience in designing and operating production-grade software systems.
• Proficient in backend development with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience deploying or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems including RAG pipelines, AI SDKs, evaluation workflows, and agentic systems.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud native platforms including AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production service management.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver practical, maintainable software solutions.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and collaborative spirit.
• Clear communicator capable of explaining technical trade-offs effectively to diverse teams.
• Practical experience with AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, Augment) and embedding AI best practices to increase productivity and code quality.
• Skilled at evaluating AI-generated code outputs to identify failures, regressions, and edge cases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-agent AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, or Google Vertex AI.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI model lifecycle strategies.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and continuous monitoring of AI models.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Understanding of knowledge graphs and enterprise search technologies.
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or machine learning domains.
