About the Role
A rapidly expanding EdTech scale-up, recognized among Deloitte Fast 50 awardees, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is offered with a "relaxed remote" work model, requiring presence in their Shoreditch office just once every quarter. The salary range is £50,000 to £60,000, complemented by a performance bonus of up to 9%.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategic visions
- Translate product strategies into actionable projects and detailed specifications
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to ensure quality product delivery
- Utilize analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel) to inform decision-making and uncover growth opportunities
- Continuously refine product quality and development processes
Candidate Profile
- Extensive product management experience, preferably within high-growth digital or startup environments
- Demonstrated success in leading product initiatives from conception through launch
- Comfortable working with founders or senior executives to shape product strategy
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in product analytics platforms
- Experienced in collaborating with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams
- Possesses a growth-driven attitude, constantly seeking improvements
- Excellent communication abilities—both written and spoken
- Thrives in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
