Role Overview
As Senior Product Manager, you will fully own core products within an agentic portfolio, overseeing everything from the roadmap and discovery to delivery phases. Collaborating closely with Engineering and applied AI teams, you will transform complex legal workflows into dependable agent behaviors. You will also work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to successfully introduce these products to market.
Technical Expertise Required
- Deep understanding of AI orchestration including planning and reasoning loops, multi-step workflows, and decision-making processes for agents.
- Expertise in tool and function calling with a focus on structuring inputs/outputs, chaining calls, and managing failure modes.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) including retrieval pipelines, chunking, embeddings, and grounding outputs in source documents.
- Experience with evaluation methods and guardrails such as measuring agent quality, implementing human-in-the-loop reviews, and maintaining audit trails.
- Strong ability in trade-off reasoning balancing reliability, latency, cost, and user experience, engaging in real-time discussions with engineers.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years in product management, typically part of 6–8 years overall experience; backgrounds in engineering, applied AI, consulting, or legal are welcomed provided you have led products from conception through launch multiple times.
- Practical or closely related experience in AI/LLM-based products, especially agentic systems, RAG, or tool-utilizing applications.
- Keen UI/UX sensibility, owning design decisions beyond just feature requirements.
- Data-driven approach to defining metrics ahead of development, setting up instrumentation, and letting insights guide product iterations.
- Comfortable balancing diverse responsibilities such as customer calls, story writing, evaluation reviews, and go-to-market messaging within tight timeframes.
