Role Overview
As a Senior Performance Marketing Executive based at Aurum Proptech Limited in Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to boost lead generation and business growth. Your role will involve managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns with an emphasis on return on investment and conversion metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine Google Ads and Meta Ads marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads while enhancing key metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Oversee campaign budgets, target audience segmentation, bidding approaches, and forecast performance outcomes.
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Product, and Sales departments to elevate campaign efficiency.
- Interpret campaign data to identify expansion opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 7 years of practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Proven success managing high-budget lead generation advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, and conversion tracking systems.
- Strong expertise in campaign optimization, audience profiling, and analytic assessment.
- Excellent analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and capability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Experience
- Background in Performance Marketing agencies, FinTech, Business Services, Legal Services, BFSI, or B2B lead generation sectors.
- Experience handling monthly advertising budgets exceeding 50 lakhs INR.
