About APICO
APICO – Arabian Plastic Industrial Co. is seeking a seasoned Senior Mold Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated Mold Maintenance team located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute mold repairs as well as preventive and breakdown maintenance tasks.
- Dismantle and reassemble molds to facilitate maintenance and repairs.
- Utilize skills including turning, surface grinding, drilling, and manual machining to maintain molds.
- Maintain and repair Hot Runner mold systems.
- Carry out mold polishing during production cycles when necessary.
- Detect and report any abnormal mold conditions promptly.
- Ensure all machinery upkeep complies with established safety standards.
- Experience with CNC Vertical Machining Centers is considered an advantage.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mold Making or a related field equivalent.
- At least five years of solid experience in mold repair and maintenance roles.
- Proven practical expertise in mold maintenance and machining operations.
- Specific experience in repairing Hot Runner molds.
- Preferred associate degree in Mold Making Technology or Tool Room Machine-related discipline.
- Proficient reading, writing, and oral communication skills in English.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
