Senior Manager - Oracle Fusion Technical

About the Role

This opportunity within PwC's Oracle Services Practice enables you to support organizations in leveraging enterprise technology to meet digital transformation objectives and harness business potential. You'll assist clients in implementing Oracle solutions to address challenges and drive success in areas such as finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, analytics, governance, risk, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical development efforts in Oracle ERP/Fusion SaaS/PaaS implementation projects.
• Successfully delivered at least two complete Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations.
• Possess in-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP database structures.
• Develop BI Publisher reports, utilize FBDI/OTBI Cloud, and work extensively with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Exhibit strong expertise in Oracle Database SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Create and execute test plans to ensure solution quality.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Engage fully in the software development lifecycle—requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay informed of emerging Oracle technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting efforts.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, project managers, and colleagues to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oracle fusion technical development.
• Any academic qualification accepted.
