Role Overview
The Senior HR Executive will oversee comprehensive HR operations across various facility management (FM) sites, emphasizing attendance management, payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and effective onboarding processes. The position demands maintaining discipline, ensuring accurate real-time HR data, and facilitating smooth interactions between Sites, Operations, and Accounts teams.
Payroll and Attendance Management
- Consolidate and verify attendance records site-wise with Operations teams.
- Prepare and forward precise payroll inputs to the Accounts department.
- Ensure punctual salary processing, distribution of salary slips, and activation of employee bank accounts.
- Monitor payroll discrepancies, manage absenteeism, and oversee overtime tracking.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities including hiring, joining formalities, and site assignments.
- Complete all joining documentation, assign employee codes, and conduct induction programs.
- Ensure HR readiness for the launch of new sites.
HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Serve as the main HR contact for sites addressing coordination, grievance management, and disciplinary cases.
- Conduct regular site visits to engage employees and resolve issues.
- Support client-specific HR requirements at the site level.
Compliance and Statutory Responsibilities
- Administer PF, ESI, Profession Tax, and other labor compliance processes.
- Maintain statutory registers, muster rolls, and prepare for audit processes.
- Provide assistance during compliance filings and statutory audits.
HR Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain precise employee records, update HRMS systems, and manage full and final settlement documentation.
- Prepare HR Management Information Systems (MIS) reports including headcount, attrition, and payroll variances.
- Monitor manpower billing, absenteeism rates, and replacements.
Key Competencies
- Extensive experience in HR operations within the Facility Management sector.
- Proficient in payroll execution and statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, and CLRA adherence.
- Skilled in managing HRMS systems and advanced Excel functionalities.
- Strong abilities in coordination and problem-solving to facilitate smooth HR functions.
