About the Opportunity

A well-established technical textiles manufacturer based in Mumbai is expanding its recruitment division. These roles involve handling hiring processes across sectors including manufacturing, engineering, technical and corporate areas.

Available Roles and Work Location

• HR Recruiter: Minimum 1 year experience, salary range ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
• Senior HR Executive – Recruitment: 2 to 3 years of experience, salary ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month
• Recruitment Team Lead: Over 3 years experience with team management skills, salary ₹45,000 to ₹60,000 per month

The work is full-time and completely office-based at Sonale, Bhiwandi. Candidates must either be able to travel daily or be willing to relocate prior to joining. Preference is given to applicants residing in nearby areas such as Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, and Ambernath.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding
• Source potential candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Assess candidate skills, experience, salary expectations, notice periods, and job compatibility
• Organize interview schedules, manage follow-ups, and facilitate offer issuance and acceptance
• Maintain detailed recruitment records, generate MIS reports, and update stakeholders regularly
• For senior and team lead roles, provide mentorship to recruitment staff and drive team productivity

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant recruitment experience corresponding to the applied position
• Proficient use of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
• Capability to independently handle multiple hiring assignments and follow-ups
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering sectors or recruitment consultancy preferred
• Mandatory team leadership experience for candidates applying for the Team Lead role
