Role Overview
This position is within GCPL's internal digital desk, responsible for managing programmatic and digital media buying and campaign execution globally for GCPL's brands. You will lead programmatic media campaigns utilizing DV360, ensuring efficient, outcome-oriented digital spend.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns on DV360 across multiple formats targeting India and international markets.
- Oversee audience targeting, bidding strategies, and managing programmatic guaranteed/private marketplace deals to meet campaign goals.
- Maintain high inventory standards via brand safety and viewability monitoring.
- Analyze and report campaign metrics such as reach, viewability, video completion rate, CPM, and cost per result, recommending optimizations.
- Use data analysis to identify trends and refine campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with trading desks and media agencies on planning, execution, and budget pacing.
- Manage media budgets meticulously, including billing and reconciliation.
- Support campaigns on additional platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and The Trade Desk as needed.
- Monitor evolving digital media and platform trends relevant to FMCG marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree mandatory; MBA preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying with proficiency in DV360.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience in FMCG or media agency environments is advantageous.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Ads platforms.
- Experience or exposure to e-commerce or quick-commerce digital marketing.
Work Experience
2 to 4 years relevant experience in programmatic and digital media.
