Senior Executive, Design Management

Job Overview

Collaborate closely with the Department Head or designated leader to aid in the planning, design, and development of Sentosa’s physical environment. Your involvement spans from initial design concepts to actual on-site implementation, helping shape the island's unique identity and enhancing the visitor experience.

Key Duties

• Support the ideation, research, and viability assessments of design projects, actively engaging with stakeholders and assisting in presentations.
• Facilitate planning and review processes for tenancy and wayfinding initiatives, ensuring alignment with Sentosa Development Corporation’s design standards and vision.
• Coordinate with government bodies, consultants, and contractors on planning, design, and development activities, and provide administrative support such as meeting minutes and project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrate strong creative design sensibility coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Be a motivated self-starter and collaborative team member.
• Possess a keen interest in ongoing learning and staying updated on design trends and tools, including the ability to use AI for visualization and animation.
• Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Architecture, Urban Planning, or Urban Design; a Master’s degree or higher is advantageous.
• Proficient with software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp with real-time rendering, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office; video editing skills are also required.
• Familiarity with AI architectural rendering tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or Revit software is a plus.
