Senior Counsellor

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Counsellor to join our team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. This full-time position involves guiding students, parents, and professionals by counseling them on AI, Data Science, and other technology-related educational programs. The role requires effective communication, lead management, and coordination with multiple teams to facilitate admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed counseling to students, parents, and working individuals regarding technology and AI-related courses.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, face-to-face interactions, and online inquiries.
• Assess individual backgrounds, career aspirations, and skill sets to recommend appropriate educational programs.
• Explain course details including structure, syllabus, duration, fees, certifications, and potential career pathways clearly.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to keep a robust conversion pipeline.
• Accurately document lead information, follow-up activities, and admissions using CRM systems or tracking tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic departments to ensure seamless admission procedures.
• Participate actively in seminars, workshops, campus recruitment drives, and counseling events as needed.
• Meet monthly counseling and admission goals with professionalism and ethical conduct.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possess a bachelor's degree in any field; an MBA or relevant certification is advantageous.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in counseling, admissions, education consulting, or related sales roles.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with students and guardians effectively.
• Comfortable with outreach methods including calls and handling walk-in inquiries.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms is required.
• Demonstrate a self-driven, target-focused, and collaborative work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the EdTech sector, coaching centers, or training institutions is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI, Data Science, or other technology-related educational content. Training for specifics will be provided.
• Previous involvement in student admissions or career counseling is a plus.

Additional Information

• Position available exclusively for female candidates.
• Salary range from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
