Our client is a medium-sized IT service provider based in Germany, employing nearly 500 staff members.

Role Overview

• Function as a Translator: Reliably transform non-technical stakeholders' requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Data Architecture: Establish the foundation for scalable and robust data systems by designing well-structured data models.
• Business Intelligence Expertise: Independently develop clear dashboards and insightful reports while managing data acquisition and preparation processes.
• Process Optimization: Analyze the data flow from its origin to the finalized dashboard, ensuring efficient procedures.
• Data Quality Assurance: Maintain high data quality through sampling methods or automated quality checks, recognizing that dashboards and reports depend on clean data.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years of full-time professional experience in a Business Intelligence role, including solid expertise in requirements analysis (CCBA or CBAP certifications are advantageous but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Power BI and writing SQL queries.
• Preferably, experience with ETL development within Azure environments, such as Synapse Analytics.
• Strong communication skills, essential for acting as a technical liaison between stakeholders.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken at a C1 level or above.
