About the Role

The Airside Workplace & Engagement team is focused on crafting an airside working environment where employees feel valued, supported, and proud. In your role, you will contribute to shaping the future airside community at Changi Airport by spearheading initiatives aimed at boosting employees' well-being, enhancing workplace culture, and facilitating workforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, airport partners, and unions to develop and execute initiatives that enhance the airside work setting, cultivate a positive organizational culture, and promote workforce development throughout the airport community. Your efforts will help position the airside workplace as an appealing and fulfilling environment for the thousands who ensure safe and efficient airport operations daily.

Requirements

Applicants should be degree holders with about three years of relevant experience. We seek individuals with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills capable of building partnerships and working effectively with diverse groups. Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing multi-stakeholder initiatives or projects is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities to engage and influence various stakeholder levels, are required. You must showcase strong project management capabilities to handle multiple concurrent priorities and workflows. Candidates should be resourceful, proactive, analytically skilled, and capable of independent work while thriving in dynamic, team-oriented settings.
