Location and work arrangement

The assignment is based in Northern Ontario, with a remote-location setup that requires willingness to relocate. Candidates are preferred to live in Fort Frances, Emo, Rainy River, Atikokan, Devlin, or nearby communities. Transportation is provided to and from Thunder Bay. This role is in a private security agency environment and may also involve work at a construction site.

Role summary

This position is for a Security Guard supporting site safety and protection duties in a scheduled rotation model. Both full-time and part-time openings are available.

Schedule and shift details

The work pattern follows a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with 12-hour shifts.

Pay and benefits

The starting wage is $19.00 per hour, increasing to $21.00 per hour after a 90-day probation period. Benefits are included.

Accommodation and travel

Accommodation may be provided. Travel support is included for transport to and from Thunder Bay.

Required documents

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence
• Clean criminal record
