About the Role
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a prominent global IT and business solutions provider with over 612,000 employees worldwide, is recruiting an experienced SAP CALM, ILM, and LaMa Consultant to work from their Visakhapatnam location. TCS operates across multiple domains including Cloud Infrastructure, Cognitive Business Operations, Cybersecurity, Digital Engineering, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee SAP Cloud ALM solutions encompassing monitoring, test management, change and deployment processes, and operational management.
- Configure and administer SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) tools for data archiving, retention strategies, privacy compliance, and system decommissioning activities.
- Manage and automate SAP system landscapes by using SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) capabilities.
- Provide support for SAP S/4HANA, HANA databases, SAP Basis administration, transport management, and cloud-based operational environments.
- Integrate Cloud ALM with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Solution Manager, monitoring tools, and various cloud infrastructures.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and governance within SAP ecosystems.
Required Skills
- Proficient hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM pertaining to its monitoring, testing, change management, and deployment functionality.
- Expertise in SAP ILM for managing archiving, retention policies, and orderly decommissioning of SAP systems.
- Technical knowledge in SAP Landscape Management (LaMa) especially for landscape automation and provisioning tasks.
- Strong foundation in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Basis system administration.
- Experience with HANA database technology, various cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform, and transport management methods including CTS+ and gCTS.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities alongside effective stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Solution Manager, and Focused Run for monitoring.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines tailored for SAP environments, including tools like Jenkins and gCTS.
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, and related data governance standards.
- Experience working with process analysis and monitoring tools like Signavio and LeanIX.

Applicants must possess a graduate-level qualification. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The position is based onsite in Visakhapatnam, India.
