Overview
The Salon Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily functions of the salon, guiding the staff, upholding exemplary service standards, and assuring client satisfaction while driving sales and profitability goals.
Key Duties
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations ensuring smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, and inspire hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and support personnel.
- Organize employee schedules and manage attendance records.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and address client issues promptly.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment bookings and regulate client traffic within the salon.

- Supervise inventory control for beauty products, tools, and salon essentials.
- Coordinate product displays and actively promote retail items to customers.
- Compile business performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Handle recruitment, staff induction, and evaluate employee performance regularly.
