Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to establish and oversee Swiggy's Influencer Hiring Channel in Chennai. This position entails discovering, onboarding, and managing diverse local influencers—ranging from kirana shop owners and social media creators to security staff and college students—who can contribute to recruiting Delivery Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard influencers throughout Chennai.
- Develop and maintain strong influencer relationships to support Delivery Partner recruitment.
- Supervise and guide a team of field executives.
- Organize daily field operations to discover potential influencers.
- Implement activations in colleges and local markets to grow the influencer base.
- Collect insights from competitor hiring and seek new sourcing avenues.
- Monitor influencer performance to meet hiring objectives.
- Coach the field team to enhance efficiency and delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in field sales, business development, or channel sales.
- At least 1 year experience managing a field team.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel and work extensively across Chennai.
- Strong orientation toward targets, planning, and execution.
