About the Role
Gift Links (India) Private Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Support Executive to efficiently manage customer inquiries, track order fulfillment, liaise with vendors, and provide necessary documentation assistance. The role demands collaboration with diverse internal teams to resolve client issues via digital platforms, email communications, and telephone conversations. Strong command of the English language is essential, considering our clientele comprises major multinational companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond promptly to customer queries.
- Ensure follow-up on order processing and execution.
- Maintain effective coordination with vendors to support sales operations.
- Assist in preparing and managing required documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems using online tools, email, and phone communication.
