Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative position in Qatar. The selected candidate will focus on finding and developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and meeting sales goals across assigned products and territories. The role includes customer meetings, product demonstrations, preparation of quotations and proposals, and follow-up activities to secure deals.
Key Responsibilities
The position requires regular coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling, logistics coordination, and post-sale support. The Sales Representative will also keep accurate sales documentation, track market movements, review competitor activity, contribute to promotional campaigns, take part in trade events, and help strengthen the company’s visibility and brand presence in the market.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should bring strong selling and negotiation ability, with a history of achieving or surpassing targets in B2B or FMCG settings. They must be able to build and maintain customer relationships, understand client requirements, and offer solutions suited to those needs. Clear communication and presentation skills are important for explaining product benefits and value effectively. Basic analytical and reporting capability is needed to review sales data, assess performance, and spot growth opportunities. Familiarity with Qatar’s market environment and experience in the Middle East consumer or agriculture sectors will be considered an advantage. The role also calls for the ability to work on-site, manage time well, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting. Proficiency in MS Office and standard sales or CRM tools is expected. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, although relevant sales experience may be accepted instead. English fluency is required, and Arabic is an added advantage.
