Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspire the sales team to maintain high performance levels.
• Establish and accomplish monthly sales objectives to meet company goals.
• Track daily communications, follow-ups, and site visits to enhance customer engagement.
• Convert prospective leads into site visits and ultimately confirmed bookings.
• Address customer inquiries and manage negotiation processes efficiently.
• Formulate and implement successful sales plans.
• Organize regular meetings and conduct thorough performance assessments of the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with telecalling and marketing departments for coordinated efforts.
• Keep detailed daily and weekly sales reports and management information systems (MIS).
• Ensure comprehensive lead follow-up until sales closure is achieved.
