Job description
Role Overview
This position involves actively acquiring new subscribers and managing existing client relationships for chit fund schemes. The executive will engage in both field and telephonic outreach to grow customer base, clearly communicate scheme details, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Duties
- Identify prospective customers via field visits, networking events, and cold calling efforts.
- Suggest appropriate chit fund plans tailored to clients' financial situations and savings objectives.
- Explain terms including monthly payments, auction methods, dividend distributions, and payout procedures in a comprehensible manner.
- Complete onboarding formalities including obtaining necessary documents and fulfilling KYC compliance for new subscribers.
- Maintain ongoing contact with current clients to facilitate renewals and encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with collections team to ensure timely receipt of monthly installments.
- Assist subscribers during the bidding process, handle prize money claims, and facilitate guarantor documentation.
- Research and analyze local market dynamics and competitors to drive promotional initiatives and expand the customer base.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for chit ticket issuances and overall transaction volumes consistently.
- Follow all applicable company policies and federal regulations such as the Chit Funds Act rigorously in all dealings.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is INR 20,000 to INR 40,000.
