About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and market property projects effectively. This role involves engaging with customers to provide detailed information about various projects, investment opportunities, plots, and houses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct marketing and promotion of property development projects.
- Provide potential customers with details regarding projects, plots, houses, and investment options.
- Generate new leads and consistently follow up on existing ones to foster engagement.
- Coordinate customer visits to project sites for better understanding and client satisfaction.
- Utilize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to market projects.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to assist in booking processes and finalizing deals.
- Maintain daily records of customer calls, follow-ups, and marketing activities through reports.

Location: Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India.
Salary ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
