About the Role
Shubham Decor Furnishing seeks a proactive and motivated Sales Manager to expand our sales team and contribute to our growth trajectory.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities both at the showroom and through field engagements.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers, architects, and interior designers.
- Identify clients' furnishing needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate closely with installation and customer support teams to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Keep accurate daily sales records and proactively pursue leads and enquiries.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 and 5 years experience in retail, interior design, furniture, or home furnishing sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred for mobility.
