Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of important client accounts, primarily focusing on the United Kingdom, to maximize company revenue and profitability.
• Conduct daily management of client accounts.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets for sales volume, profits, and minimum margins in accordance with budget forecasts.
• Assess current clients and prospective new businesses to identify avenues for growth, driving revenue and profit generation.
• Manage lead generation and build a database of potential clients within assigned markets.
• Provide regular reports following company standards.
• Monitor daily sales activities.
• Maintain and update sales-related records in the company’s CRM and business intelligence systems.
• Represent Arbitrip and participate in trade shows as a company ambassador.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in the travel industry is essential.
• Background in sales, customer service, or comparable fields.
• Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management systems, including CRM and BI tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking skills.
• Up-to-date understanding of market trends.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-driven with a strong motivation to achieve goals.
• Composed demeanor with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
