About the Role

Guru Kripa Stone Industries is seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to become a vital member of our expanding team based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will actively engage in field sales activities to drive business growth within local markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business prospects to grow the customer base.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings, perform site visits, and deliver compelling product presentations.
• Prepare and issue quotations, respond to inquiries promptly, and successfully close sales deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while fostering strong customer loyalty.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in field sales; prior industry-specific experience is not mandatory.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Readiness to travel within Jaipur and surrounding areas as part of job responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel and email applications preferred.
• No specific educational qualifications required.
• Age preference: between 40 and 50 years.
