Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and organized Sales Manager who excels at prospecting and fostering strong client relationships. The successful candidate will focus on expanding business reach and cultivating new and existing market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth across various markets.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to attract and hire high-caliber sales professionals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to meet both individual and group sales goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent background in Business studies.
- Have between one to three or more years of relevant sales experience.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in written and oral communication.
