Sales Host

Overview

As a Sales Host at Everlast Gyms based in King's Lynn, you will be the welcoming face for members and guests, blending reception duties with active sales and service responsibilities. This position plays a crucial role in membership acquisition and retention while ensuring visitors feel valued. Additionally, you will hold key operational responsibilities including opening and closing the facility and assisting in maintaining high service and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression.
• Support sales of memberships and assist retention efforts by delivering excellent customer service and informed guidance.
• Promote additional in-club products and services to meet secondary sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygienic conditions throughout the gym environment.
• Fulfill key holder duties, including opening and closing the gym as required.
• Manage administrative tasks, including proficient use of membership management software.
• Stay updated on gym activities such as fitness challenges and classes and actively participate to encourage member engagement.
• Collaborate with the Fitness Manager and team to implement gym floor initiatives.
• Handle member feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues appropriately.
• Experience the gym’s offerings firsthand to confidently recommend products and services to members.
