Role Objective & Responsibilities

• Recruit and integrate new distributors and dealers for Solar Power Systems (SPS) within the designated territory.
• Boost primary and secondary sales to meet predefined goals.
• Maintain optimal product availability, visibility, and essential merchandising activities.
• Assist distributors by enhancing territory reach and broadening dealer networks.
• Implement local marketing promotions and sales initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and gather market feedback.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales and market analysis reports.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Professional experience of 2 to 8 years in Solar Power Systems, other solar products, Inverters, Batteries, or Stabilizers.
• Proficient in channel development, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required by the role.
