Sales Executive

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will bring experience from the flooring or building materials sector and possess strong capabilities in lead generation, client engagement, and product presentations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through on-ground visits and proactive lead generation.
• Engage with architects, interior designers, builders, and other relevant stakeholders to promote the company's product range.
• Deliver compelling and professional presentations on products, emphasizing their features and advantages.
• Build and nurture lasting client relationships to contribute to business expansion.
• Convert identified leads into confirmed business deals.
• Provide timely feedback on market trends and competitor activity.
• Consistently achieve designated sales targets and lead generation goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of field sales experience.
• Background in wooden, vinyl, carpet flooring, or building materials preferred.
• Established network with architects, interior designers, and builders is highly advantageous.
• Proficient English communication and effective product presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Self-driven with readiness for frequent travel within Mumbai.
• Possession of a two-wheeler or four-wheeler is preferred but not compulsory.

Eligibility and Additional Information

Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of any graduate degree.
