Smart Parts Export Pvt. Ltd., located in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi, is hiring a confident and energetic female Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, in-office, day-shift basis.

Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication abilities, a professional and presentable demeanor, and have a basic to advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries and manage coordination of sales activities.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
• Maintain sales data and customer records using Excel spreadsheets.
• Generate sales reports, quotations, and other basic documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Establish and sustain positive customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills.
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
• Competency in MS Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Basic computer literacy including email handling.
• Capability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple responsibilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
