Sales Executive

About the Role

This position at Transmed Food Service requires managing and expanding the foodservice business by handling both new and existing client accounts. The Sales Executive will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent satisfaction through in-depth product expertise, strong relationship management, and diligent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to current and prospective clients regarding the company's product range and offer culinary solutions tailored to their needs.
• Participate in product demonstrations and actively gather feedback from customers.
• Analyze customer purchase motivations and suggest suitable product solutions.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with both new and repeat customers.
• Identify and attract new customers within the assigned region to grow the business.
• Enhance sales from existing clients by combining relationship management and technical guidance.
• Work collaboratively with the Logistics and Customer Service teams to maintain superior post-order service levels.
• Maintain updated, comprehensive knowledge about products, including technical specifications and potential applications, to effectively advise customers.
• Ensure receivables and payment collections comply with agreed credit terms, including handling cheque payments as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales, preferably within the food industry.
• A strong passion for selling food products.
