This role sits within an international sales environment and is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving setting, works well with passionate colleagues, and wants to contribute to future growth opportunities in the Sales team.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving enterprise sales in Germany for a cloud-based meeting management solution. The position covers the full sales journey, from initial outreach to contract signing, while working closely with internal teams to continuously improve the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to enterprise prospects in Germany, manage cold outreach, and move opportunities through to signed agreements.
- Present the company vision to decision-makers across different industries and influence buying decisions.
- Work with multiple customer stakeholders to understand needs and expectations.
- Translate prospect requirements into customized proposals.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen lead generation, pipeline development, sales conversion, and overall cycle efficiency.

We are looking for a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B SaaS and full-cycle sales. Strong networking ability, relationship-building skills, and clear communication are important. The ideal candidate is self-directed, target-oriented, persistent, and comfortable solving problems creatively. Native-level German and strong English skills are required.
