Sales Executive

Job Description

This role involves managing customer interactions and driving painting business sales both at the store and via home consultations. The sales executive will be responsible for converting walk-in customers, assisting clients with product and color choices, and providing quotations. Coordination with painting contractors and scheduling their work are integral parts of the position. The candidate will supervise ongoing painting projects to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, aiming for strong customer feedback scores. Timely collection of payments according to the agreed terms is essential. A personal bike is required for travel across various customer and work sites.
