About the Role
Technocrats Sales and Services is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to enhance lead generation, expand the customer base, convert inquiries into orders, and provide ongoing after-sales support for industrial products. This is a full-time position based in Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target relevant industries and prospective clients.
- Generate leads via multiple channels such as WhatsApp, email, cold calling, and more.
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to gather inquiries.
- Compile quotations and tailored offers aligned with customer needs.
- Follow up proactively on quotations to successfully convert enquiries into orders.
- Meet assigned sales targets and leverage performance-linked incentives.
- Coordinate with customers for payment follow-ups to ensure collections.
- Deliver efficient after-sales services and ongoing customer support.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and submit them periodically.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum six months’ experience in industrial product sales is advantageous.
- Fresh candidates or those with relevant background can apply, with training provided.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹35,000.
- Additional incentives up to ₹3,000 monthly based on performance.
- Annual bonus, Provident Fund, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
- Travel and petrol allowances included.
