- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM by tracking prospect interactions, pipeline activities, and lead statuses.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams by sharing market insights and contributing to strategy development while meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly qualified opportunity targets.
Requirements

- Strong knowledge of sales development best practices, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and outbound prospecting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen actively, present persuasively, and articulate value clearly.
- Proactive problem solver capable of anticipating challenges and crafting innovative, customer-centric solutions.
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and advocate effectively for customer needs.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with strong time and priority management capabilities.
- Proficiency using CRM software such as Salesforce for pipeline structuring, activity tracking, and data management.
- Fluent in German and English, with negotiation-level proficiency in German and conversational fluency in English.
- Preferred but not required: prior experience in gastronomy or hospitality sectors.
What We Offer
- Comprehensive growth program supporting your personal development and career progression.
