Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-focused Sales Coordinator Intern who will be a vital force driving the efficiency of our sales team. This position serves as an operational and administrative backbone, providing insight into the complexities of a global B2B sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit CRM data (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy of lead information, account management, and contact details.
- Assist in preparing customer-facing content such as presentations, case studies, and technical whitepapers targeted at sectors like Mining, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing.
- Support administrative tasks including the preparation of sales quotes, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Help track sales pipeline progress in collaboration with Sales Managers to guarantee timely follow-up on leads.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the team's strategic value propositions.
- Facilitate communication between Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer experience after sales closure.
Candidate Profile
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related disciplines.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
- Passionate about contributing to a life-saving mission.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and eager to learn CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Highly attentive to detail, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.
- Demonstrates humility, eagerness to handle various tasks, and emotional intelligence to work effectively within diverse global teams.
