Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will assist the company owner by managing daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive records tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables of all active projects.
- Coordinate closely with the in-house team leader to guarantee punctual project completion.
- Communicate regularly with structural and MEP consultants to follow up and secure timely updates and deliveries.
- Manage organizational processes by ensuring adherence by all team members to established workflows.
- Generate regular status reports detailing work progress and project health.
- Collaborate with employees at different hierarchical levels to effectively manage company projects.
- Develop detailed customer support documentation and ensure efficient coordination with clients.
- Create and maintain vendor information and keep an updated inventory of the latest market technologies.
