Job description
Role Summary
The Sales Colleague position at Currys in Carlow is a key role focused on delivering excellent customer experiences within the retail technology sector. This permanent role offers both full-time and part-time schedules ranging from 8 to 39 hours weekly, with opportunities for extra hours. The starting pay is €14.65 per hour, increasing to €14.95 following a successful probation and six months of service, with additional bonuses available.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers by asking insightful questions to align them with suitable products.
- Create memorable customer interactions by delivering friendly and attentive service.
- Promote and support additional services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and flexible payment options.
- Contribute actively towards the store’s overall sales objectives.
- Work flexibly across various departments and product lines within the store.
- Undertake operational duties to support daily store functions.

Training and Development
