Job Overview

As a Sales Advisor at H&M in Vishakhapatnam, you will be integral in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your role involves welcoming customers, guiding them through the store, and assisting them in selecting products, all while embodying the brand values and contributing to both personal and company success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customers with insightful fashion and product information to enable well-informed purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure exemplary service throughout the entire customer journey.
• Maintain the organization and presentation of both sales floor and stock areas to keep them well-stocked and inviting.
• Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Consistently represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all interactions with customers.

Work Environment

You will be part of a lively Store Team including various roles such as Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible (in larger stores). This team collaborates closely with the wider Area Team across stores, sharing knowledge and driving store success. Together, you will foster an environment that empowers customers to embrace the latest trends and express their individuality.

Candidates Profile

• Experience in customer service, preferably within fashion, retail, or related sectors.
• A genuine passion for fashion and an enthusiasm to create outstanding in-store experiences that promote products and increase sales.
• Ability to thrive in team-oriented, fast-paced, and dynamic work settings.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, curiosity towards utilizing store technology, and a keen willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach towards tasks and challenges.
