Job Summary

As a Room Attendant at the Kelowna location, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms. Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a spotless environment will enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and live by the company's core values daily to foster a positive atmosphere for colleagues and guests.
• Efficiently organize and stock your housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies for daily tasks.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, bed-making, and arranging all items neatly.
• Inspect room fixtures and promptly report maintenance needs to ensure all amenities function properly.
• Replenish bathroom and kitchen supplies meticulously in each guest room.

Requirements

• Availability for flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with all shifts finishing by 5:30 PM.
• A cheerful, fun-loving personality suited for a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional ability to detect dirt and dust with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
• Comfortable working independently with a routine-oriented approach.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing heavy loads.
• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable but not mandatory as training will be provided.
