Role Overview
As a Robotics Educator or STEM Innovation Mentor, you will guide students from Grade 1 to Grade 9 in multiple schools located in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. This role emphasizes mentorship over traditional teaching, fostering skills such as robot building and programming, real-world problem-solving through projects, engineering and innovative thinking, teamwork, creativity, presentation abilities, and participation in inter-school Robotics Innovation Challenges.
Your responsibilities will include conducting lab sessions, delivering a robotics curriculum, mentoring student projects, assessing learning results, and providing feedback to leadership and content teams to continuously enhance the program.
Selection and Certification Process
The selection comprises an interview and practical teaching assessment, followed by a conditional job offer. Successful candidates undergo a 3-7 day hybrid induction and certification program covering teaching philosophy, curriculum orientation, grade-specific learning paths, robotics kit handling, project execution, lab activities, classroom management, student engagement practices, and practice teaching.
Post-certification, final appointment requires demonstrated technical skills, effective teaching, a student-focused approach, and favorable feedback from mentors and schools. Continuous support and performance evaluations occur during the initial 1 to 6 months to ensure educator and student success.

- Preferred qualifications: Diploma in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, AI, IoT, Automation, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students passionate about STEM education and ready for rigorous training.
- Experienced robotics trainers, STEM educators, makerspace facilitators.
- Candidates seeking career transitions, professional restarts, or with a passion for mentoring young learners.

Compensation and Employment Terms
The hiring process is twofold:
- Stage 1: Learning, certification, classroom readiness involving induction, pedagogy training, curriculum exposure, project practice, and certification. Compensation includes a fixed annual sum of ₹180,000 plus a monthly performance incentive between ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 based on evaluation.
- Stage 2: Upon certification and proven readiness through classroom performance, the educator receives a formal appointment with a revised annual salary ranging from ₹300,000 to ₹400,000, depending on experience and stakeholder feedback.
