Return Agent Full-Time at Berlin Airport (m/w/d)

Overview

Join our committed and energetic team at the Berlin Airport branch, where you will play a key role as a Return Agent. You will be responsible for welcoming customers upon vehicle return, conducting thorough vehicle inspections, and addressing any queries at the end of the rental period. As the customer's final point of contact, you greatly influence their overall rental experience, ensuring they remember Enterprise positively and return for future rentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage the return of vehicles
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings inside vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for any damages
• Record fuel levels and mileage accurately
• Verify final rental charges and provide customers with receipts
• Manage damage claims processes promptly and thoroughly if damages are found
• Approach any issues with a solution-oriented attitude and escalate to management when necessary
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by engaging with them through targeted questions
• Perform system checks to determine if any vehicles need to be retained due to recalls, mileage limits, or other factors

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work well in a team
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
• Readiness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Possession of a valid German driving license and at least one year of driving experience
• Maximum of 3 points in the German driving aptitude register (FAER) and no drug or alcohol violations in the past five years
• Unrestricted work authorization in Germany
• Fluent German language skills both written and spoken
• Good English language proficiency
• Must be at least 18 years old
