Role Overview
Lead and motivate a team of Sales Associates at ECCO's store in Auckland to deliver excellent customer service and drive store success through your retail leadership experience and passion for premium leather footwear.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to store staff, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, brand quality standards, and the attainment of sales goals.
- Participate in staff scheduling and recruitment to maintain optimal team performance.
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and Mystery Shopper standards.
- Manage customer returns and inventory control efficiently.
- Deliver training on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales strategies to the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven background in retail management as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales objectives.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service embodying the ECCO brand values.
- Collaborative personality with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships.
- Motivated leader with a growth mindset adept at thriving in fast-paced retail environments.
- Excellent communication skills paired with flexible and adaptive leadership methods.
- Passion for product knowledge and ongoing team training and development.
