Retail Sales Agent

As part of the retail sales team in Dhahran, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer interactions for both outbound and inbound shipment processes.
• Manage and report daily cash collections, gateway payments, and reconciliation activities along with general ledger accounting tasks.
• Proactively address and resolve issues related to Cash Admin Applications (CAA) and duty reconciliations promptly.
• Maintain a clean and professional front counter environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, accurately handle cash and cash floats, and utilize the SPS system to process Air Waybills in compliance with company protocols.
• Adhere to shipment standards, ensure brochures and tariffs are sufficiently displayed, and select appropriate alternatives judiciously.
• Provide customers with accurate shipment information and advice, conduct security screening of shipments, and manage consignee collect shipments appropriately.
• Ensure operational readiness of equipment including card machines, weighing scales, computers, and perform daily uploading of SPS disk information.
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs by interpreting verbal and nonverbal cues to provide helpful, friendly, and honest solutions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring language to the audience’s needs both verbally and in writing.
• Exhibit high commitment, energy, resilience, and drive by setting ambitious goals and striving to surpass them.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation tasks and provide backup support for finance-related processes during team absences or peak periods.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle challenges effectively.
• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
• Skilled in problem-solving financial discrepancies accurately.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
