About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced retail customer service associate who can help improve AI systems by testing chatbot behavior, checking how well responses are reasoned, and identifying issues that affect model quality.
The work calls for advanced writing and editing ability, strong language judgment, and practical experience with research and fact-checking.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
- A careful, detail-focused working style.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A bachelor’s degree that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, though not mandatory.
