Role Overview

In the role of Retail Assistant on our checkout team, you will be essential in providing prompt and courteous service to customers. Key duties include processing sales efficiently, managing customer interactions positively, assisting in cash management, and maintaining store standards and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently scan items and pack purchases to minimize wait times while managing refunds courteously.
• Interact positively with customers, addressing their questions and escalating issues as needed.
• Support cash office functions, including banking procedures, reconciliation, and investigating discrepancies.
• Keep checkout and store areas clean and organized, uphold uniform standards, and follow safety guidelines strictly.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve overall customer service experience.
