Job Overview

We are seeking Retail Assistant professionals to join our celebrated Daylife portfolio, which features AURA Skypool, TAPASAKE, Bâoli, and Azure Beach. Candidates should be experienced, dynamic, and impeccably presentable, passionate about providing outstanding guest experiences within luxury lifestyle dining, beach clubs, and nightlife environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and tailor shopping experiences to individual guests.
• Guide customers in product choices while demonstrating expert knowledge about merchandise.
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals consistently.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure luxurious retail presentation.
• Accurately conduct sales transactions at the point of sale.
• Assist with stock replenishment and oversee effective inventory control.
• Foster long-lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years' prior experience working in luxury retail or selling high-end branded products within luxury hotels, resorts, beach clubs, or similar hospitality settings.
• Proven sales aptitude coupled with strong customer service skills.
• A genuine enthusiasm for luxury retail and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages and international work exposure are advantageous.
