Our client seeks a dependable and meticulous Cleaner to perform cleaning services at residential rental properties. The responsibilities include move-in/move-out cleaning, rental turnover cleaning, and preparing properties for occupancy or inspection.

Role Details and Responsibilities

• Visit residential rental homes to conduct scheduled cleaning tasks including move-in, move-out, turnover, and property readiness cleaning.
• Deliver comprehensive residential cleaning services that meet company standards.
• Clean various areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, appliances, floors, surfaces, cabinets, and fixtures.
• Remove dust, dirt, debris, garbage, and residual items as needed.
• Wipe down high-touch areas including counters, sinks, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and other surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and ensure floor cleanliness.
• Clean inside appliances like refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers when required.
• Identify parts of the property needing extra cleaning, junk removal, repairs, maintenance, or further attention.
• Capture clear before-and-after photos and videos documenting the cleaning outcomes and property condition.
• Submit detailed reports, including notes, photos, and videos after each assignment.
• Communicate courteously and professionally with property owners, tenants, prospective tenants, and internal teams.
• Adhere to provided instructions, cleaning checklists, access guidelines, and appointment specifics.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience as a cleaner, housekeeper, cleaning contractor, or similar residential cleaning role.
• Comprehensive understanding of residential cleaning standards.
• Access to reliable transportation to visit properties independently.
• Availability of personal cleaning tools and supplies for each job.
• Possession of a smartphone (iPhone 13 or equivalent) with a high-quality camera.
• Ability to take clear pictures and videos of properties and cleaning results.
• Capacity to write precise notes and provide updates after visits.
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor characterized by reliability, punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow cleaning checklists, instructions, and property access protocols.
• Effective communication skills to interact respectfully with property owners, tenants, prospective tenants, and internal team members.

Desirable Attributes

• Experience specifically in move-in, move-out, or rental turnover cleaning scenarios.
• Familiarity with preparing residential rental properties for photos, showings, inspections, or move-ins.
• Ability to recognize property damage, maintenance issues, junk accumulation, pest problems, access challenges, or safety hazards.
