Job Purpose
- Provide analytics and insights to support data-informed decision making for residential sales, marketing, pricing, and channel effectiveness.
- Convert sales and CRM data into clear, actionable intelligence to enhance sales outcomes, forecasting, and overall portfolio performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain routine reports and dashboards tracking residential sales results and pipeline health.
- Examine the residential sales funnel—covering leads, meetings, site visits, and conversions—to detect trends, highlight gaps, and recommend enhancements.
- Assess performance categorized by project, product category, channels/brokers, and buyer demographics.
- Conduct market research and comparative analyses on peer residential projects, destinations, pricing, and sales momentum.
- Keep abreast of market tendencies, buyer preferences, competitor moves, and channel strategies within applicable regional and international markets.
- Support analyses related to pricing, absorption, and inventory by integrating internal information with external market comparisons.
- Interpret data and research insights into concise, actionable guidance and recommendations.
- Prepare polished executive-level reports, benchmarking overviews, and briefing documents for senior management.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Accumulate 7 to 10 years total professional experience, including 3 to 6 years in management, analytics, research, business intelligence, or commercial performance roles.
- Demonstrate strong skills in desktop research, benchmarking, and comparative market evaluation.
- Proven track record of converting complex data and research into understandable and actionable business insights.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficient skills with PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience handling CRM platforms, sales datasets, or performance dashboard tools.
